We are a free directory of Gamblers Anonymous Virtual Meetings — not a treatment provider, a medical service, or affiliated with Gamblers Anonymous International Service Office. 1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GAMeetingFinder.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). The Site is owned and operated by GAMF Inc., a Nebraska S-corporation ("GAMF," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and newsletter subscribers.

GAMF Inc. provides a free, searchable directory of gambling recovery meetings. The Site also offers:

Optional free user accounts to save favorite meetings and track clean time

The Site is provided as a convenience to the gambling recovery community and is not a substitute for professional medical or mental health treatment.

4. No Affiliation with Gamblers Anonymous

The "GA" in GAMeetingFinder.com stands for "Gambling Addiction." The name describes the subject this Site serves — the gambling-addiction recovery community — and is not a reference to, abbreviation of, or claim of affiliation with the Gamblers Anonymous fellowship.

This Site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Gamblers Anonymous International Service Office or any GA regional office. Meeting information is collected from publicly available sources and updated regularly, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any meeting listings. Always verify meeting details directly with the hosting group before joining.

5. User Accounts

You may create a free account to access additional features such as saving meetings and tracking your clean time. By creating an account, you agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful information
Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
Be at least 18 years of age
Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used in a manner we determine to be harmful to others or to the Site.

We reserve the right to remove any comment and suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these guidelines. Removed comments may not be restored. Repeat offenders may be permanently banned from the platform.

Comments reflect the views of their authors and do not represent the views of GAMF Inc. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of user-posted content.

9. Intellectual Property

All original content on this Site — including text, design, code, and graphics — is the property of GAMF Inc. Meeting listing data is sourced from publicly available GA resources. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our original content without prior written permission.

The Site contains links to third-party websites and resources, including Zoom meeting links, treatment facility websites, and recovery organizations. We do not control these third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. 10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY MEETING LISTINGS OR OTHER CONTENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GAMF INC. AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Site, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

By using the Site or subscribing to our newsletter, you consent to receive electronic communications from us. You agree that any notices, agreements, disclosures, or other communications we send electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time; however, we may still send you service-related messages such as password reset emails.

16. Dispute Resolution

We hope to resolve any disputes informally. If you have a concern, please contact us first at [email protected] and we will make a good-faith effort to resolve it. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, you and GAMF Inc. agree to resolve it through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction for claims relating to intellectual property infringement.

Class action waiver: You agree that disputes will be resolved only on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.

California residents: Notwithstanding the above, California residents retain the right to seek relief from the California Department of Consumer Affairs or other appropriate state agency and are not required to submit to arbitration for claims arising under California consumer protection statutes.

17. DMCA / Copyright Complaints

If you believe that content on this Site infringes your copyright, please send a notice to [email protected] with the following information: (1) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (2) identification of the allegedly infringing material; (3) your contact information; (4) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; (5) a statement made under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

18. Governing Law

Except as modified by Section 16 (Dispute Resolution), these Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nebraska, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. GAMF Inc. is incorporated as an S-corporation in the State of Nebraska.
